They’re got some pretty cool software that lets you connect inbound-calling customers to the proper employee, regardless of where that employee is and what devise they’re using (as long as they’re logged into the system, of course–this Skype call center won’t be tracking anyone down in the middle of the night). And since it starts at $49.95 without the need for hardware or installed software (it’s all virtual / web-based), it’s worth a look if your business want to improve its customer care and make sure the right employees are speaking with customers.
