Virtual Call Centers
I was just looking at a website for a <a href=”http://www.on-state.com” title=”virtual call center”> virtual call center</a>. It looks like these guys let you work with whatever equipment you already have, including Skype, Google Apps, SIP, and existing hardware-based PBX’s. Kinda of a cool software, and they’re letting your try it out for free for 14 days. So if your business is looking for a virtual call center that lets you work with what you’ve got, can operate wherever an employee can access the Internet, and provides inherent redundancy since it is based in the cloud, I would recommend OnState. They let you pay month-to-month and you can cancel the virtual call center trial whenever you’d like. Take a look at their website for more information.
